Contest Rules & Conditions
- Only legal residents of the United States of America are eligible to win.
- Only one (1) prize per household every thirty (30) days.
- Winners agree to allow Gateway Media Group to use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. All calls coming into our studios may be recorded and aired on the radio station without further approval.
- Most prizes will be mailed the week after winning the prize, or at the discretion of Gateway Media Group. If the prize is to be mailed, it is the responsibility of the winner to provide Gateway Media Group with a current and correct mailing address. The radio stations are not responsible for, nor obligated to replace, any lost, stolen, or damaged prizes sent through the U.S. Mail.
- There will be some instances where prizes will need to be picked up from the radio station and cannot be mailed. It will be the responsibility of the winner to pick up the prize in person with a valid ID.
- If a winner is asked to claim a prize, failure to claim prize(s) from Gateway Media Group within 48 hours of notification will result in forfeiture of the prize(s).
- Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions are permitted.
- Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes in conjunction with any prize won on Gateway Media Group. All federal, state, and local laws apply to contests.
- Any additional costs related to a prize that may be incurred as a result of accepting a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- For specific contests, Gateway Media Group reserves the right to impose an age limit.
- Gateway Media Group may not be held responsible for any technical or mail difficulties. For example, phones that result in a potential winner being disconnected from the studio lines, or mail lost by the post office.
- If a prize becomes unavailable, Gateway Media Group will make a good-faith attempt to substitute another prize but is not obligated to replace the prize.
- Gateway Creative Broadcasting will not be responsible for, or held liable for, prizes awarded for an event that is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control.
- With respect to any disputes regarding contests, the decisions of JOY FM, BOOST Radio, and WorshipOne will be final.
- Gateway Media Group has the right to change the rules or discontinue any contest at any time.
- Employees of Gateway Media Group, the Board of Directors, its clients, associated agencies, vendors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
- Void where prohibited.
- No purchase necessary.
