Do you have anyone in your life who has made you want to be better? What do they do? Maybe they’re serving behind the scenes. Or they show up when it matters most. Maybe they’re unusually generous. In big or small ways, their faith just seems real. And their actions back it up.
Hebrews 10:24 says, “Let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds.” Another translation says, “Let us think of ways to motivate one another…” (NLT). Did you know that kind of living is contagious?
Kindness, hope, generosity, courage. It’s all contagious. The way you serve, forgive, encourage, or give tells a watching world about Jesus. This isn’t about performing so people notice you. It’s about living like Jesus, becoming more like Him, and other people seeing Him through you in the process.
Send a quick thank you to that person who has inspired you. Tell them how their life is influencing yours. Then go start something good yourself.
